On 4th of May 2020 Greece started to lift up some corona virus restrictions in Athens, Greece.

In the second phase of the plan to lift the implemented n 23rd of March 2020 corona virus restrictions in Athens Greece, the small shops, beauty salons and hairdresser salons are allowed to open again. The fact that they have been closed for six weeks leaded to queues near these places

There are more people using the public transport in Athens now: metro, buses and trolley buses. In the second phase of lifting the corona virus restrictions some changes in public transport took places. The red crossed stripes shows that only one seat is available to passengers in metro and other means of public transport.

To use public transport it is obligatory to wear a face mask. To ensure this new rule there are police servants everywhere near entering public transport stations and stops.
